CLINIC POLICY

Client Responsibilities

  • No children under 18 years of age are allowed into the clinic.

  • Clients are responsible for reading & signing their consent forms and informing the clinician of any relevant information prior to treatment. We expect clients to follow the aftercare instructions that are given to them.

  • The clinician has the right to refuse treatment for any client that is deemed not in their best interests.

  • Selfcare Aesthetic Services relies on the honesty of all clients when they declare their health details during their consultation. Selfcare Aesthetic Services will not be liable if a client fails to inform us about vital information that may contradict treatment.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • For all bookings a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are fully redeemable against cost of treatment when booked within 2 months of original consultation.

  • Deposits will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled. Deposits can be transferred to a new booking if rearranged at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  •  Under no circumstances will refunds be given for any procedure.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment then you accept that the appointment may have to be rearranged.
